Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
